At MÖNCH Watches, we stand by the precision and craftsmanship of our timepieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place the watch, original box, and warranty card inside the shipping carton, ensuring all protective films are still intact.

• 3.
  Ship to MÖNCH

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the timepiece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
